Product description
The HPV-2RT series of presses is available in four different configurations: HPV-80-2RT, HPV-150-2RT, HPV-200-2RT, and HPV-250-2RT. Each model is defined by specific technical parameters, including clamping force, heating platen dimensions, and mold platen size. A higher clamping force corresponds to higher overall machine specifications, which in turn leads to increased productivity.
APPLICATION:
The primary objective of the vulcanization process is to significantly enhance the strength of rubber products. This defines the core purpose of these presses. It is important to note, however, that each press can accommodate a wide range of different products, depending on the specific mold installed.
The model featured on our website can be used for the vulcanization of various types of oil seals, bearing seals, dust covers, and other rubber components—such as those used in automobiles, motorcycles, and specialized machinery—as well as many other high-density rubber products of similar dimensions.
The versatility of these vacuum presses makes them an excellent choice for industrial production environments.
DESIGN FEATURES:
Our current product range includes two main categories of vacuum presses, distinguished primarily by the type of molds they utilize.
This specific model, equipped with a 2RT (two-station/two-layer) mold system, features an automatic 60-degree rotation of the upper pressing platen. This design simplifies both the removal of finished parts following the vulcanization process and the loading of new components for the next production cycle. To the right machine, you must determine the technical parameters required for effective operation. Key features of vacuum presses include:
Presence of a loading/unloading system;
Number of workstations on a single machine;
Clamping force between the platens;
Size of the heated platen;
Power consumption.
All these parameters are listed in the specifications table.
