Description of the AC-100 Trimming Machine:
This machine features a central clamping system and two cutting tools mounted in collet chucks. Products are held in place via vacuum suction. It accommodates parts ranging from 10 mm to 200 mm in size. Both cutting tools are adjustable in terms of height, width, and cutting angle. Depending on the customer's requirements, the machine can be configured with either a single or a dual cutting setup.
The machine utilizes ER25-type collets, allowing for quick and easy blade changes.
